A quiet cottage at the bottom of the courtyard with three steps down to a front door opening into the light entrance hall. Built under a sloping roof there is a curving staircase to the first floor double bedroom and separate family bathroom with shower over bath.
The generously spaced lounge diner, with annexed kitchen, has a step down, exposed stone wall and roof trusses; is warmed by a wood burning stove; has cosy deep seats to sink into and patio doors which let in plenty of light. From the hall, step down into ground floor twin bedroom and up to separate loo. The enclosed east facing garden is perfect for outdoor breakfast or a spot of bird watching. This is a dog friendly cottage with space for two dogs.
“Our 11th trip to lovely Robin Hill Farm. First time since Covid restrictions and also first time in October for halfterm. Robin Hill for us continues to be an idyllic escape from busy London life . The cottage is lovely & cosy . We are family with 2 teens . The swimming pool booking system worked well and actually it’s nicer not to share the pool . Jill & Paul are friendly hosts and are on hand to help with any issues & have lots of advice if you need any recommendations. We visited local beaches Westward Ho , Appledore & Instow & enjoyed beautiful walks and lovely pubs & restaurants nearby . Looking forward to our next trip in Spring!”

“This was our second stay at Robin Hill Farm Cottages, staying this time in Wren Cottage with our two dogs. The cottage was spotless, and had everything we needed and more for our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much, we ended up staying an extra four days! The pool was an added bonus and having the time slots bookable in advance was a great idea and it worked very well. It all felt extremely Covid safe.”

“Just back from a superb half term week at Swallow Cottage at Robin Hill Farm. Superb location and well situated for days out with the family. Really helpful and friendly hosts and great facilities, especially the indoor pool and outside space. Will definitely recommend and look to come back!”

"Lovely peaceful place to stay, so close to some stunning coastal towns. Wren Cottage is just right for what we needed. The dogs loved the woods. The reason we picked this place is because of the indoor swimming pool, lovely for a morning swim on your own. Thanks to Jill and Paul for a wonderful few relaxing days away."Anne and Paul; Nikki and Steve and of course LouLou and Betty dogs
