The large farm barn is now a bright, compact ground floor holiday cottage. A cosy living space opens via back door to a fully enclosed south facing garden which is a bit of a sun trap and ideal for eating outside. With level access front and back plus visibility of all outdoor play areas from the garden this is a great option for a young family.
Sleeping arrangements are double and twin bedrooms with part exposed stone walls. There is limited floor space for a cot. The separate bathroom has shower over bath. This is a dog friendly holiday cottage although we recommend that there is really only space for 1 dog.
Fantastic Feb Half Term with Friends. We’ve just returned from a fantastic week with friends at Robin Hill farm. We stayed in Wren cottage and our friends booked Swallow and Kingfisher. Everything about the farm was fantastic and the kids have had a wonderful time enjoying a bit of freedom to run around the grounds. The cottages are beautiful and cosy, the pool is great and the booking system makes it really easy. The playground, woods and field around the cottage are great to explore. Jill and Phil were great hosts and have provided everything we needed. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back!

“Our 11th trip to lovely Robin Hill Farm. First time since Covid restrictions and also first time in October for halfterm. Robin Hill for us continues to be an idyllic escape from busy London life . The cottage is lovely & cosy . We are family with 2 teens . The swimming pool booking system worked well and actually it’s nicer not to share the pool . Jill & Paul are friendly hosts and are on hand to help with any issues & have lots of advice if you need any recommendations. We visited local beaches Westward Ho , Appledore & Instow & enjoyed beautiful walks and lovely pubs & restaurants nearby . Looking forward to our next trip in Spring!”

“This was our second stay at Robin Hill Farm Cottages, staying this time in Wren Cottage with our two dogs. The cottage was spotless, and had everything we needed and more for our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much, we ended up staying an extra four days! The pool was an added bonus and having the time slots bookable in advance was a great idea and it worked very well. It all felt extremely Covid safe.”

"Very clean and well organised. Rachel loved practising her swimming everyday in the pool. Have been to North Devon many times and this is the best place we have ever stayed at."Robert. Alison, Abigail and Rachel
